1、Operating Principle ( Attached process chart)
　　BXDF Converted Starch Process Equipment is researched and made by Hongxing machinery, and combines with the advanced converted starch process technology in and out of country. By sending the heat conducting fluid with certain temperature into the round wall of reactor and loop heating, the whole kettle tank can be kept in the constant temperature. Starch in the kettle is turned over by the mixer shaft composed of blades in the kettle tank. When turning over the starch, add the certain reaction liquid into the kettle. Subsequently the reaction liquid react with starch for several hours. Then the blades put the starch out of the kettle, finally get the converted starch.
