The National Forum on High-Quality Development of Grain Machinery and the Inaugural Conference of the National Grain Machinery Equipment Industry-Education Integration Consortium were grandly held on June 27-28, 2026, at Jiangxi Industry & Trade Vocational Technical College.

The National Forum on High-Quality Development of Grain Machinery and the National Industry-Education Integration Community for Grain Machinery Equipment were jointly initiated by Henan University of Technology, Anhui Jiexun Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Industry & Trade Vocational Technical College. Representatives from over 70 enterprises, research institutions, universities, and vocational colleges across 16 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China attended the event.

Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Professor Jin Zhengyu, former Vice President of Jiangnan University, and Dr. Wang Fengcheng, Chairman of the ISO Technical Committee for Feed Machinery and faculty member at the College of Grain, Oil and Food Science of Henan University, delivered expert keynote reports. Representatives from some institutions and enterprises presented their achievements.

Academician Jin Zhengyu delivered a keynote report titled "Technological Waves and the Development of High-Tech in Food."

Dr. Wang Fengcheng delivered the keynote report titled "Innovative Development and Intelligent Prospects of Wheat and Corn Processing Equipment."

Professor and Vice Dean Guo Yonggang of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Henan University delivered the achievement presentation report.

It focuses on the digital, intelligent, and green development directions in agricultural machinery and equipment, and is committed to establishing a new organizational form of industrial integration that involves collaboration among government, industries, enterprises, and educational institutions. By bringing together leading industry enterprises, high-level universities, vocational colleges, and related industrial chain companies, it aims to create a high-level platform for resource sharing, complementary advantages, and win-win cooperation. This initiative seeks to address the mismatch between talent supply and demand, promote key technological innovation and industrial upgrading, and enhance the independent innovation capability and core competitiveness of China's agricultural machinery and equipment.
